Our goal is to make the giving experience seamless for employees, employers, and charities, but we also know that sometimes questions come up.

  1. Does my donation go directly to my Charitable Organization of choice?

    No, your donation comes to BNFTcares Foundation. BNFTcares Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) and any tax benefits you receive from the donation are available to you at the time of donation. BNFTcares Foundation then forwards the donation to the Charitable Organization you have recommended.

  2. Is my donation guaranteed to arrive at my Charitable Organization?

    While we cannot guarantee the donation will be sent to the organization you choose, we will make all the best efforts to do so. However, if the organization has lost their charitable classification, or is not in good standing, or refuses the donation, or other potential hurdles from the organization, we will select a similar Charitable Organization and resend the funds to that organization.

  3. How long will it take for my donation to arrive at the Charitable Organization?

    Assuming there are no issues as highlighted in #2, the Charitable Organization typically receives the funds within 90 days of the donation.

  4. Can I make an anonymous donation?

    Yes, if you choose, you can make the donation anonymous to the Charitable Organization you recommend.

  1. How can I receive funds faster and electronically?

    You can create your profile and register your charity with BNFTcares. Once you have been approved, you can request funds electronically, view online reports, and establish your information within the site.
